Positive: It is much bigger than APA hotel which was our first booking when we came to Japan, If you like quiet area but still in a prime location then stay here, only 5-10 minute walk to train station and 15 minute walk to Senso Ji temple and surrounding area, take the river walk is much faster.. The Manager was very accessible through whatsapp. The room came with washer and dryer! Also came with stove top, small toaster oven and few other necessary ammenities. The room we got which was unit 301 is only good for single or couple and not a family.
Negative: No elevator! Have to carry lugguage up the stairs on your own. Only max 4 levels and its not that many steps.
